Generally our process is our office takes the details of the job and schedules a visit. Non-emergency jobs are given three hour appointment windows to visit and assess the situation, but if it's an emergency we aim to be there within the hour. Once the issue is assessed, most times it can be fixed there and then but sometimes parts may need to be collected from the office or sometimes ordered if not in stock. We have suplier partnerships with Plumbing World, AA Home Response, and Duncan & Taylor.

Josh Wansbrough is a member of the Master Plumbers Association, and a registered Plumber. He started his apprenticeship with Plumbing Express at the age of 16, and  seventeen years later, he is the proud General Manager and owner. His sister Rebekah, the Business and Accounts Manager, holds the reins on the business side.
